Final RESPA Rule from HUD

HUD has posted the final RESPA rule on its Web site. CLICK HERE. The CAMB Government Affairs team is reviewing the extensive 374 - page document and will be determining a strategy for a coordinated response with the National Association of Mortgage Brokers (NAMB).

CAMB will continue to keep up the fight for greater access to affordable loans in California and will continue to keep CAMB members informed on this issue and other legislative issues that impact our industry.
